Halo all, so I was expecting this to be a short #workout. But, thankfully I was able to work around the original schedule and get a full workout at the #gym. I made my time on the #stationarybike and the #treadmill. Spent the rest of my time with stretches, walking laps around and more #benchpress work. Even got time with #cableflies as well so I made some great strides there tonight. As stated I’m going to be doing different chest exercises every workout the rest of the year. And I’m really excited about my #christmaseve workout later this week. For now I’m heading home to rest and sleep.
