Halo all, as I said today was a quickie #workout. But, still looking for a good time and I got it. I did both the #treadmill and the #stationarybike. And made my #leg workout today and favourite part was squats. As far how I felt during it, it was great to be there. I felt energized and in a great place mentally today. I was a little worried about the #weighin I did after. That is a topic I’ll discuss during that video though. For now let me just say how awesome I feel, now just naturally feeling today. But also just glad to be at the #gym this Sunday.
