Self-care is essential when you’re sick. My self-care is a Hot toddy. What’s yours? Would you like to know what whiskey I’m using? Our latest adventure takes us around Spirit Hound Distillery. I got some of their Rye Whiskey with my hot water, local honey, lemon, and lemon round. I like to give it an extra kick with a dash of cinnamon.
