Dear Diary,
One of the biggest things that drives me to submit was learning how rare it is for men to truly feel heard. Not just listened to, but understood. When I give them my full attention, without rushing to correct or compete, I see the way their words come more easily.
There is a quiet strength I have found in creating that space. Letting them speak without interruption, trusting their perspective, and showing I value what they have to say - because I do. It is not about shrinking myself. It is about giving them room to stand taller.
I am grateful for the trust it builds. When they know they can speak freely with me, something shifts. The air softens, and respect flows both ways. I like being someone they can rely on to hold their thoughts without judgment. And in turn they do the same for me.
