Dear Diary,

So many men fear failure, as if it’s a challenge to their worth. But the truth is, the men who dare to try, who take the risk of falling short, are the ones who inspire the deepest trust. A leader isn’t someone who never stumbles, He is someone who keeps moving forward, steady enough that others feel safe to follow.

What women admire isn’t perfection. It’s presence. It’s the calm strength of a man who shows up, who admits when it’s hard, who tries again anyway. That’s the kind of leadership that makes a woman feel secure under His hand, that brings a woman to her knees.
