Alright, alright, alright. I’ve officially run out of f*cks to give.
Not sure even how to bring this up, but my court case came and went.
2 charges dropped because no evidence.
3rd charge pursued without evidence:
guilty of malicious destruction of property.
With just his word that I was “crazy”. ONLY his word.
One man, told a jury I was crazy, with not one single other piece of evidence.
No photographs. No videos. No estimates. No repairs or receipts. No papers. No proof of anything.
A police officer had body-cam footage that showed I wasn’t present and that there was no damage.
Every time stamped text of me begging him to leave me alone.
Pictures of a car door shiny and clean.
Every bit of evidence proving I was innocent.
Yet somehow, 1 man, convinced 12 people in the court of law—with nothing but his *word* on my mental state.
730 days supervised probation. $500. Psych evaluation from the state. A year of anger management.
(So much for my 30th birthday trip to Europe, because I can’t leave the country.)
For a scratch on a car that never happened.
So call me crazy, but I’d call that a witch hunt.
They caught the witch and burned me at the stake, and now I’ve got nothing to lose.
