What do you know about drawing?🖼️
I recently started reading a lot about this topic, it's really interesting. Here are some interesting facts I learned:
🎨 A 2014 study in Science Direct found that drawing can even change the structure of the brain. People who draw frequently have more serious substances in certain areas of the subject.
🎨 The Mayo Clinic regularly practices art therapy with patients. They note that art helps to improve mood, calm down, increase awareness, and reduce pain.
❤️For me personally, drawing is a splash of all negative emotions on paper, I feel peace from the process. Do you draw?
