Sure you’ve caught on my socials I fucked my knee again yesterday after 1 day back grappling hard lol. Will get an MRI before I head to China then Thailand to see if it’s my MCL now or just more ACL drama. Even tho I don’t Annan ACL. But here’s the message of the day- give yourself 24hrs to feel sorry for yourself then GET THE FUCK BACK UP BITCH.
My Dad needs me. Girls all over the world need me. There’s no time to be a little bitch.
Give me a few weeks and Ill start making training content when I get to Thailand as well as post my keto diet. Doing it to support my Dad.
