So this is not my first self suspension; I thought the video I took from that was not really worth editing as I didn't have great camera angles, and the majority of it would've been edited out for time and interest purposes anyway. So here is my second self suspension! The ties I used in this one were not the most comfortable so I didn't spend tons of time in the air, but that's okay, it's a process of trial and error (whilst being safe of course!). Make sure you watch til the end to see me be a goof during the come down, featuring a surprise visit from my neighborhood cat friend!
