Here is a recipe for cannabis-infused salsa:
Ingredients:
4 large tomatoes
1 red onion
1 jalapeno pepper
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. cannabis-infused olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
Cut tomatoes, onion, and jalapeno in half and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast for 20-30 minutes or until the vegetables are charred and soft.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
Add roasted vegetables to a blender or food processor along with cilantro, lime juice, salt, black pepper, cannabis-infused olive oil, and garlic.
Pulse until desired consistency is reached.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
