21/06/22 First Check In: Sitting at a very bloated 98kg. the goal is the lean out and loose the inflammation. Because of the way my belly is distended, its obvious that Im having a reaction to something Im eating. Time to start taking things out of my diet that might be causing this, IE sweet potatoes, oats, eggs and bread.
