02/11/22 Back on it! I felt like myself again this week. Lots of energy, lots of focus, and lots of optimism. I've been able to handle all my meals pretty easily and I smashed every workout. I dont really have tons to report as far as training- just really happy to be back and excited to keep pushing and growing
