NIPPLE REHAB & CARE:
Before I revisit the mighty goat milker & to prepare for that marathon challenge again. Which, I will do soon, I promise! I want to make sure my Teats are in tip top condition. I have hated being out of action, due to injury, so wanted to share my daily nipple rehabilitation & care program with you all. You deserve it for being so patient.
I soak my nipples in my supplenip suckers with some warm water, then rub them with BioOil to help prevent scarring and blisters. This is followed with some ice massage & stretching, which, gives me huge tingles. Finish the whole routine off with Lanolin Nipple balm, before going into more intense suckers for a couple of hours. Seems to be working, as I am tolerating a lot more intense suction for longer periods now.
