Halo all, The #gym was pretty fun today. I set out for a random kind of #playday. No set plan just go in and do whatever exercises I felt like doing. I got a bit of everything in today, even with feeling a little queasy I still made it through. I am curious what the results for #activeminutes will be when I get the results email from #fitbit, till then I can just be nervous about what’s coming before then. Which of course is my next #weighin. Tomorrow morning begins another week to make more stride on my countdown to my first #cruise. It’s a beach place so I wanna look…well I won’t say beach ready body but certainly better than I do now. So all I can do is keep chipping away, and work towards that goal. Meantime I’m heading home for laundry. Hope you all had a great Sunday.
