Halo all, well here we are for this weeks #weighin. And I must say I was so happy today. Over the last 3 weeks since I started with doing the weigh-in at home. Digital scale I also feel makes a bit of a difference too. Anyways, so I can say happily today I’m starting this week with #weightloss and current weight 344.0lbs 😁. Yes I know it’s still a high number but still happy to be doing a downward trend. So I just have to keep going with tracking my meals. Not using the premium version, but still using #noom. I 100% need to increase my active days, but so far, on a great track. Not to mention a great way to start the week. Hope you all have an awesome day. And, if you can.
