Halo all, so here on this Thursday I’m doing two parts for my #activeminutes today. The first part is here doing a #dogwalk, good for both of us. Plus it’s been a long while since puppy did anything other than the park. That’ll be my cardio for the day. Then it’ll be off to the #gym for my #chestday. I’ll working more sets of (got the name of it) #californiapress, I’ll do the #pectoral, and few others today. But my cardio is fine and done for the day.
