Halo all, well I had a great #legday in the #gym today. Started on the #starionatybike and made my way to four exercises for my strength training. Folks I don’t mind admitting that I was done by the end of this #workout. My arms and legs from the last two days felt like lead weights, and I didn’t have the energy for a round of cardio after. I’m not too worried though, I made a lot of strides and gains over the week. I’m calling today a great day because I got out, got #active, and most of all got to enjoy the day being productive. Not every workout has to be training like you're Batman. Sometimes just going in and doing a few exercises can do wonders for your health and mood.
