Halo all, so I decided to do something different for my goal of doing something active. I’m going #swimming today. Haven’t been in a pool in years and I just wanted to dip my toes back in. I’m also going to inquire about a fitness program called “waterwalking. Might be the kind of fitness class I could use. For now I’m heading in to just get some time in the pool, and thankfully my fat @$$ is so big. I don’t have to worry about drowning lol.
