Halo all, well that was an #exausting day. First let’s talk the #gym, tonight was my #shoulder and #triceps. Have to say, the exercises that really humble me are my #lateralrises and the #shoulderpress. Doing what feels like a lot but actually isn’t that heavy. Shows that I still have a long way to go to make strides and #gains there. Next, the decision was made to do a short walk after the gym. Well, needed a bite to eat first but still made it out. Man was it hot and muggy, felt like I fell in a lake I was so sweaty by the time I was home. Still went well over the steps and #activeminutes I was aiming for. I’m now pooped and ready for a well deserved rest. Hope everyone in the states has a great #4thofjuly.
