Halo all, so had a great #workout at the #gym. Did my #legday and a quick correction from the first post I meant to say *seated leg press, so just to get that right for me. As for the workout itself that exercise was where I had my only problem. Couldn’t do my own body weight, and only made it through 2 sets. Aside from that, it was a great time at the gym. I did another coin toss and it was decided that I would do another outdoor #walk for my cardio. Met a cute (and temperamental) kitty lol. Got over my daily #step goal, and well over my #activeminute goal. So I’m now in full rest and relaxation mode for the night. Still having a bit of writers block, so going to just relax with a #PS4game at home.
