Halo all, well tonight I had a big scare at the #gym. See I made my 3 sets on the #stairmaster but I had a shock on the 2nd set. My cell phone fell and butterfingers me couldn’t catch it, and ended up in the stair master, had to get a staff member and one member helped me get it out. So that was mild freight for the evening. Now as far as the rest of the #workout well my right knee was bugging me a lot but that’s a very common issue with obesity so that’s my doing. Aside from that I had a great #legday and will spend most of my weekend doing work on my book 1 edits…again lol.
