Halo all and happy new year. So I’ve got a lot of goals to work on and now I think I have a #system to track my progress. Let’s start with a jar of appreciation, saw this tip from a modern day monk I follow on social media take #postitnotes and write down something positive whenever it happens. Something you did for someone or for yourself. Just write it, date it, and the idea is to fill the jar. Show your appreciation for the good things you do and the happen to you. No matter how big or small. Next is the #diary I’ll keep with me. Write down progress of goals I set, thoughts I have for the days and what impacted or reflected thoughts I have on developments. Now we also have the #calendar, with stickers to help track the goals I’ve got over the year, I’ve got a colour coded system to help track each days goals. Goals like #fitness, #novelwriting, #caloriecounting. And there’s the big #bingocard I’m working on, will finish with my sisters later. But it’ll detail my biggest goals in a lot of areas of my life. So with that said, I’m putting this into motion. I’ll make a video tomorrow to talk about a few goals and my gym check in.
