Halo all, so that was another day complete. This was another #activerest day at the gym and I was going through the cardio exercises so same as yesterday. So the #stairmaster (set a new time on it), time on the #eliptical, and ended on the #starionarybike. I took time to think about the comments and DMs. And it gave me time to reflect on the fact that I’m putting too much thought on the number on the scale. I need to think about the progress and changes I’ve made. I’m in smaller clothing, I’m starting to like the feel of my own body, I’m doing exercises and time I couldn’t do months ago. The number matters a little, but doesn’t negate the positive changes I’ve made. So tomorrow is back to the grind of strength training.
