Halo all, here’s the #weighin and I’m not gonna lie I’m absolutely pissed off. I’m back over 330 again 331.4 lbs and I’m livid. This is giving me bad anxiety that I’m putting weight back on. I’m so pissed all th work I did, made me feel like it was not only for nothing it made it worse. I know consciously that’s not the case but I’m so angry at seeing that number. Well starting mood for the week has been soured and all I can do is keep going.
