Halo all, okay so I will be honest. Was worried about this #workout as I had to leave the #gym quickly. In packing for the gym today I am embarrassed to say I forgot to pack all the gym clothes needed. So I had to make a quick (and I mean I set my fat ass a speed record). Getting the clothes and coming back to the gym quickly still made it in to do cardio workout for the day. Made it on the #stairmaster, the #eliptical, and even the #treadmill. I must say running around like a chicken with my head cut off made for a great heart rate boost. Now this was the last of the seven days in a row, and as of tomorrow we’re on to the last 4 days of this challenge. So what’ll be next? March will have two challenges, first off is 16 workouts over the month, going back to the 4 days a week routine. Second will be work on my cook, and I have yet to get even a thousand words in it this month.
