Halo all, that is day 23 of 24 at the #gym complete! And I must say I’m feeling amazing. I went in for a cardio day, and I found tonight’s workout a lot less pressures I wasn’t focused on the #activeminute number. Just getting through the exercises, so the things I found a little annoying during the routine #stairmaster I found it a little harder to get through even though it was 14:00 minutes. During the #eliptical I found the center of right hand started to tense and lock up a bit. And the #stationarybike had issues with the touch screen. But I still made it through every exercise. Now tomorrow is day 24 of 24, and I’m doing my #chestday for the day. I’m going to try and hit the bench press but even if I can’t do super heavy I still wanna try. For now it’s time to rest and get ready for day 24!
