Halo all, holy hell folks. It’s done, the February challenge has been completed and I feel great. On the way out I heard something I never thought I’d hear from someone at the gym “now don’t you dare come in tomorrow” 😂. I k ow they meant it with good cheer, 25 days straight is a good run, but rest is inportant in your training too. So I’m taking a guaranteed 48 hours off from the #gym. Not because I don’t love that place. But because I need to recover. Thank you to all online who supported me, thank you to the staff and members of Corten who #encouraged me on this. I hope to keep showing you all great progress as my journey continues.
