Halo all, so Monday morning and now is time for the weekly #weighin. So what are the results? Yay we are down, to 327.0 lbs on the nose. This is a great way to start the week. Not only is it a great number to start the week on. But as it’s Monday, it’s back to the #gym and time to start my next fitness goal. March will be about consistency as it’ll be guaranteed 16 workouts over the month. And back to my old schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. After the success of February. Doing this will be more than easily achieved 😊. So today is back to gym, and will be a shoulders and triceps day.
