Halo all, was supposed to be a #gym and #walk night. I’d be lying if I said laziness didn’t get the better of me tonight. Trying an experiment to go to bed and wake up for early morning gym. As for my walk was probably my fastest feeling night. Felt motivated from a little bit of #sadness today. So needed to shake that energy out of me. Hope you all are having a great start to your week. #weightlossjourney #weightlossmotivation #strengthtraining #cardio #fatburn #promisetomyself #swoleisthegoal #backupyourbullshit #gymmotivation #seeitthrough #betteringmyself #progressnotperfection #happyplace #feelingstronger #shaketheblues #findyourcenter #onehealthclubs #canadastrongman #polarbearstrong #baldandstrong
