Halo all, so Wednesdays #workout was something new for me. Trying to work two groups per workout. So for tonight I did a #chestday and a #tricepsday workout. Also side note this was my first crack at #skullcrushers and it was so freakin hard lol. But have a new thing to try a man I feel pooped. Hope week is going well for you guys. #weightlossjourney #weightlossmotivation #strengthtraining #cardio #fatburn #promisetomyself #swoleisthegoal #backupyourbullshit #gymmotivation #seeitthrough #betteringmyself #progressnotperfection #happyplace #feelingstronger #shaketheblues #findyourcenter #onehealthclubs #canadastrongman #polarbearstrong #baldandstrong
