Halo all, so today was a great time at the #gym. First off I did two sets on the elliptical, and the second set I was able to go 30 minutes while loosing track of time. And when I did my strength training, I got seven sets of each exercise and man I’ll feel it tomorrow, so I’m heading home to work on my second book.
