Halo all, so it’s Monday and time to start the week off with the #weighin. Now, I’m happy to report that I’m still below 300 even though I had a mild panic attack about that midweek last week. So I’m starting the week at 296.2lbs and hey I’m still in the same weight bracket. But, I’m still making strides. So how will I handle this week? Well have to hit the gym today. Now I admit I’m still feeling on edge, after ever meal I feel like all that weight wants to come back in an instant. So I’m going to get going on my week.
