Halo all, well I was hoping this was going to be #workout 1 of 4 this week at my gym. Sadly though we’ve been given the news that we’ll be closing…again in Ontario. As of Wednesday another 28 day closure and all I can say at this point is ****! 🤬. So while I could I hit #tricepsday/#backday for Monday, got a great push and ended with a few (sadly can’t go long) minutes on stair master.
