Halo all, started my Saturday morning with a #homeworkout. Just working #biceps, #shoulders, #triceps, #shadowboxing, also working on my #hammerhold. Yes I know wimpy that it’s only a 10lb weight. But until I can hold it for a minute straight I’m not ready to advance. Great way to start the weekend off and get the heart pumping. Had an over the phone chat with @suzakublue to keep each other motivated. That’s 3 workouts this week done and now off to carry on with my day.
