Halo all, well #mondaynight means it’s back to the grind at the glorious #houseofgains. Working #chestday and #tricepsday at the gym. Now I’ll be honest the energy level was #sluggish at best in the beginning. As far as my adding 5lbs, worked for all but the #inclinebench but I’m still getting back into the swing so I’m not letting that bug me too much. After awhile I got a great rhythm going and felt good to finish the night off strong.
