Halo all, well I learned something from tonight‘s workout. I am an absolutely terrible #hypeman lol 😂. Felt energized and was slower to start. My #backday/#bicepsday wasn’t as energetic as I thought. Though on the plus side I was able to do an all new workout with the #cableshrugs, so I at least did something different. Still even with the low energy it was still great to get some negative vibes out.
