Halo all, well first off super excited to announce I passed the 30lbs lost mark. So I am #pumped and feel damn near #invincible. Now as for tonight’s #workout. I think it went well for #legday/#shouldersday. I admit I lost my balance a bit on the first #squat. But the rest of the workout was pretty good I think. Doesn’t really bug me because I’m on such a high note.
