Halo all, so killing time in between appointments today I got my first #workout of the week in. As it’s the first means usual #chestday/#tricepsday so always fun to do. Was hoping to work something new in the get incline bench press in but unfortunately was not able to do so. Still got a great time in today regardless now looking forward to finishing the week with a mini #challenge to myself and do the next two days in a row at the gym.
