Halo all, well that’s day 2 done, now for a short midweek break. Thursday we’ll be back at it again, tonight was #backday and #bicepsday and have to say only real annoyance was how long it took to get the #activeminutes I wanted from the #workout. But eventually I made it and finished strong tonight. Now it’s going to be my least favourite day on Thursday…#cardioday 😔. Oh well it can only help me right?
