Halo all, well that was my second #cardioday routine done and have to say felt a little better. The #battlerope were a lot easier to get through this time. Using a little trick (and not going to lie going a little #nerd lol) picturing the blades of chaos from #godofwar made it easier to get through seven sets. Slowly I’ll get used to this and make sure that I build a solid cardio routine to my #workoutschedule.
