Halo all, well I felt amazing after my #workout. For a few reasons, met it with a recharged fire inside me tonight, always feel good on #chestday and #tricepsday, and there was a slight #mishap with the rope pull as you can see in the pics. It broke mid-pull and interrupted my set. Now admitting a little bit of an #ego moment where I felt like I had #superstrength lol. But quickly came back to reality. Happy to have made it to the gym, now time to relax before tomorrow. Wether permitting hoping to to a walk, or maybe I’ll go to #gym to make up for Monday.
