Halo all, well I made it, I was able to get through another #cardioday. Now even though I love the gym…I have suck a hard time getting through cardio. Really I can’t stand it some days. It’s boring, and extremely #difficult. But, I suppose that’s what I should appreciate about it. You’re not going to find progress in your #comfortzone. You’re not going to get #gains if you just play it safe. Besides another day to #burncalories and push myself.
