Halo all, happy to report I beat the #lazy feeling and made it in for the #workout tonight. Handled my #backday and #bicepsday pretty good and while the number of active minutes didn’t get where I wanted it to. My body is saying that it was still a killer time in the #houseofgains. Got a special workout occasion tomorrow and looking forward to my work tomorrow.
