Halo all, well let me start off by saying that was an amazing #workout. Yeah it wasn’t my home #gym and took a little longer to get comfortable there. But, once I got into my flow it was awesome. Side note, I never got to try a #sledpush before. But even with only two plates on it. Well it was a lot harder than I thought it would be. But physically a rewarding feeling to make it through seven sets. Looking forward to a new week and trips to my #therapy.
