Halo all, well this was my first time doing this #routine. Found this routine recommended online and looks like it’s a good #challenge for me. Now before anyone says it, yes I know a lot of my forms are in need of work lol. Especially my #deadlift and boy do I know I have a lot of room for improvement. But on the same note, really happy I gave this a shot. Depending on how sore I feel after walking most of day at #fanexpo. Will determine my next #workout day.
