Halo all, have to say I had a great time at the #gym tonight. Even though I was annoyed about the active minutes thing. Trying something new did give me joy. It was the first time I ever tried #cablecrunches before and I will admit the self conscious part of me flared up. I mean kind of ridiculous that it did, thought I was being judged by people around me. Yet I post the very workout that I feel I’m being judged for. But was something new to try for me :). Got a my time at the gym in, now time to rest up for day ahead.
