Halo all, yay my #cardioday is done. Oh man the #stairmaster was nothing short of murder. Couldn’t handle more than two minutes on it and only 3 sets of that. But hey at least with #eliptical, #stationarybike, and #walking I got a lot of #activeminutes in today. So, as gruelling as it felt. There was definitely some good payoff in the end. Tomorrow is going to be doing something at home while I work on book.
