Halo all, well a little amusement for you. Included a #blooper of kitty getting in the way lol. But it’s fine, now the unfortunate part of tonight’s #homeworkout was near the end when I dropped a dumbbell on my foot 😭. Thankfully don’t thing it’s broke, but hurt like hell. I’ve got it under ice as I type this. Going to put my feet up and relax the rest of the night. I got some work on my #shoulders, some #shadowboxing, and some work on my #pushups (yes I know with stairs). Point is I did get work done tonight. Time to relax and just work on recovery.
