Halo all, well I’m happy to say tonight’s #workout was amazing. I did my #pyramidsets for my #benchpress and was able to add 5lbs to each set. Doesn’t seem like a big number but it makes a world of difference in the lift. Feeling more confident about what my results will be come year end, I have faith and a strong feeling that 2023 will be a great year me in regards to my physical, mental, spiritual, and financial wellbeing.
