Halo all, that was a phenomenal #workout today. Got to really push myself, not only to be better physically. But also work through a very negative mi date today. Was able to really get myself into the zone and get all the #badthoughts out of my head today. Was great to feel like I could do that for a change. Not run to food for comfort, but rather go to the #gym for my comfort today. I lifted my weights and in doing so lifted my spirits at the same time.
